Invitation to the Carlisle Swim Club Invitational

Rain Date - July 7, 2005. Any events not completed
on July 5th due to rain will be run on July 7th.

Facility:

6 lane, 25 meter pool. Starting blocks on both ends of the pool. Colorado Timing System with touch pads and spectator
display.

Admission:
|
$1.00 admission charge (swimmers, coaches and children under 18 admitted free).
Programs: $3.00
|

Entries:
|
3 individual and 2 relay events per swimmer MAXIMUM. Use meter times for entries. Age group is determined by the
swimmer's age on June 1, 2005.

Entry Fee:
|
$2.00 per individual event and $2.00 per person in relays. Make checks payable to

Awards:
|
1st - 6th place Medals
Heat Winner Awards
Plaques for Male and Female high point in each age group.
Team trophies for 1st place and runner up.
NOTE: Points are awarded for individual events only.

Concessions:
|
The concession stand will have a varied and nutritious menu. Good snacks for swimmers and dinner for all.

INSTRUCTIONS:
Complete the registration form below for each of your swimmers that wants to participate in the Carlisle Swim Club Invitation. Before submitting the form to the coach, use your web browser to print a copy of this page for each swimmer. Attach a check payable to the "Indian Creek Aquatic Club" to the printed copy of this form. Drop them off with Coach Stacy at the pool.
