J Optional spring clinics and practices at the West Shore YMCA. Summer practices and home
meets are held at the Indian Creek Pool.
J Excellent staff led by Coach Stacy Lowry, now in her 7th year coaching our team.
J Skill appropriate practices for all levels from beginner through advanced.
J Program combines physical conditioning with focused stroke technique development.
J Membership at the Indian Creek pool is not required, but is available to everyone. The secluded setting is a great alternative to the crowds at
other pools.
