Please complete this form to submit all swim meet check-ins for each meet during the season . Indicate next to each of your swimmer's names if they will be attending the swim meet. Please complete this by the Wednesday before each meet. When you click on the "Submit" button, an email will be sent to the coach with your information. Scroll down the 'Thank You' confirmation page to get to the return link or use your browser's back button to return to this page. Your name will be removed from the list of Families that still need to checked-in within 24 hours of your submission.
